留学硕士研究生在学期间应作为第一作者（或导师为第一作者、本人为第二作者）并且第一署名单位为河北工业大学，在国内外学术期刊或重要学术会议上发表1篇与硕士学位论文题目紧密相关的学术论文（含论文被期刊录用），或者申报获得1项发明专利（含发明专利取得公开号）。硕士研究生在学期间发表B级及以上学术论文应作为论文综合评价为高水平的重要参考。

Master’s students, as the first author (or the supervisor as the first author while the student as the second author) of the paper with the first author's affiliation being HEBUT, shall publish one academic paper closely related to the topic of their master’s dissertation in the domestic or foreign journal (including acceptance) or in the published proceedings of an international academic conference, or obtain one invention patent (including the invention patent obtaining the publication number) within the school period. Papers in Journal Category B or higher shall serve as an important reference for the assessment of “high level” dissertation.

一、博士研究生留学生在学期间应取得学术成果达到以下条件之一：

I. Doctoral students shall meet one of the following requirements within the school period:

(I) Publish one academic paper in Journal Category A1 or higher.

（二）发表A类论文2篇。

(II) Publish two academic papers in Journal Category A.

二、全日制学术型及专业学位硕士研究生留学生发表学术论文和取得学术成果的要求:

全日制学术型硕士研究生在学期间应作为第一作者（或导师为第一作者、本人为第二作者）并且第一署名单位为河北工业大学，在国内外C级及以上学术期刊或国家一级学会主办的国际学术会议上发表1篇（论文集须正式出版）与硕士学位论文题目紧密相关的学术论文（含论文被期刊录用，学术年会上须进行报告交流）。

The full-time academic master’s students, as the first author (or the supervisor as the first author while the student as the second author) of the paper with the first author's affiliation being HEBUT, shall publish one academic paper closely related to the topic of their master’s dissertation in the domestic or foreign journal Category C (or higher, including acceptance) or in the published proceedings of an international academic conference hosted by State Class A Societies (Presentations are required at the conference) within the school period.

Students can attend their dissertation defense if they, as the first author (or the supervisor as the first author while the student as the second author) of the paper with the first author's affiliation being HEBUT, shall publish one academic paper closely related to the topic of their master’s dissertation in Journal Category C or higher (including acceptance), or participate in an important international academic conference within the school period.

河北工业大学电气工程学院来华留学研究生在满足学校毕业要求的基础上，应满足下列规定：

Besides the graduation requirements of HEBUT, the international students at the School of Electrical Engineering shall meet the following requirements:

全日制博士留学生在学期间应作为第一作者（或导师为第一作者、本人为第二作者）并且第一署名单位为河北工业大学，至少发表3篇与博士学位论文紧密相关的学术论文。其中，A级学术论文1篇，B级及以上学术论文2篇，且研究生本人为第一作者的学术论文至少1篇。

一、国际留学博士研究生

I. Doctoral students

第一条 我院国际留学博士研究生在学期间应满足如下学术成果要求之一：

Article 1 Doctoral students shall meet one of the following requirements within the school period:

1. 发表学校认定的A类论文 1 篇。

1. The publication of one paper in Journal Category A recognized by the University.

2.发表国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部认定的管理类A类期刊论文 1 篇。

2. The publication of one paper in the Management Journal Category A recognized by Department of Management Sciences of National Natural Science Foundation of China.

第二条 以上发表期刊论文的内容须与博士学位论文课题紧密相关。

Article 2 The publications shall be closely related to the topic of their dissertation.

第三条 发表论文须是导师为第一作者、研究生为第二作者，或研究生为第一作者、导师为通讯作者，第一单位为河北工业大学。

Article 3 The first author of the published paper is the supervisor while the second author is the student, or the first author is the student while the corresponding author is the supervisor with HEBUT as the first author's affiliation.

第四条 会议论文、科研获奖或发明专利授权与论文的等价关系可用于论文水平评价参考，不能用于冲抵基本要求的论文。

Article 4 The proceedings of conferences, scientific research awards or the invention patent grant and papers can be used as a reference for paper's assessment, and cannot replace the publication requirements mentioned above.

本规定自2020级国际留学博士研究生开始执行，解释权归经济管理学院。

These regulations apply to students enrolled in 2020 and thereafter and are interpreted by the School of Economics and Management.

二、国际留学硕士研究生

II．Master's students

1. 在学期间应公开发表至少1篇C级及以上学术期刊论文，或发表1篇入库案例，或出版1部专著。

1. The publication of at least one paper in Journal Category C or higher, a case or one monograph.

2. 发表成果须与硕士学位论文课题紧密相关。

2. The publications must be closely related to the topic of their dissertation.

3. 发表成果须是导师为第一作者、研究生为第二作者，或研究生为第一作者、导师为通讯作者，第一单位为河北工业大学。

4. 软件著作权不被认定为符合要求的学术成果。

4. Software copyrights are not recognized as academic achievements that meet the requirements.

5. 学术期刊论文等级分类依照院党政字〔2017〕1号文件《河北工业大学经济管理学院学术论文分类办法》执行。

5. The classification of academic journal papers shall come into force in accordance with the of Academic Paper Classifications of the School of Economics and Management of Hebei University of Technology ([2017] 1).

6. 案例库包括：中国管理案例共享中心（中英文）、中国工商管理案例库（中英文）和中国专业学位教学案例中心。

6. The case platforms include: China Management Case-Sharing Center (Chinese and English version), China Business Administration Case Platform (Chinese and English version) and China Professional-Degree Case Center.

School of Materials Science and Engineering

博士留学生在学期间应作为第一作者（或导师为第一作者且本人为第二作者）并且第一署名单位为河北工业大学材料科学与工程学院或依托材料学院的科研机构，如重点实验室、研究所等（可接受的署名方式为：河北工业大学材料科学与工程学院或河北工业大学材料科学与工程学院XXX实验室（研究所）；英文名称为: Key Laboratory of *** 或Institution of ***,Hebei University of Technology.），在SCI收录学术期刊上发表至少3篇与博士学位论文课题紧密相关的学术论文，且发表的学术论文累计影响因子≥5.0或单篇论文影响因子超过7.0以上，其中博士研究生本人为第一作者的学术论文至少有1篇。

Doctoral students shall publish at least three papers closely related to their dissertation in SCI-indexed journals with the cumulative impact factors≥5.0 or the impact factors≥7.0 for one single paper as the first author (or the supervisor as the first author and the student as the second author) within the school period, and the first author’s affiliation should be the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Hebei University of Technology or the research institutions affiliated to the School of Materials Science and Engineering of HEBUT, such as key laboratories, research institutions etc. (Acceptable samples: School of Materials Science and Engineering or Key Laboratory of ***/ Institution of ***, Hebei University of Technology.)

1. 来华留学博士生毕业要求

根据《河北工业大学研究生在学期间取得学术成果的实施方案（试行）》（校政字〔2013〕248号）的要求和教育部关于印发《来华留学生高等教育质量规范（试行）》的通知（教外〔2018〕50号），结合本学科人才培养质量要求，电信学院来华留学博士研究生在学期间应作为第一作者（或导师为第一作者、本人为第二作者）并且第一署名单位为河北工业大学，在具有ISSN号的学术期刊上发表3篇与博士学位论文课题紧密相关的论文且至少有1篇被SCI检索。

1. The publication requirements for doctoral students are based on HEBUT Regulations on Academic Achievements for Graduate Students Upon Graduation and Quality Standards of Higher Education for Overseas Students in China (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Education. Doctoral students shall publish three papers closely related to their dissertation in academic journals with ISSN (at least one in SCI-indexed journals) as the first author (or the supervisor as the first author and the student as the second author) within the school period, and the first author’s affiliation shall be HEBUT.

2. 来华留学硕士生毕业要求

根据《河北工业大学研究生在学期间取得学术成果的实施方案（试行）》（校政字〔2013〕248号）的要求和教育部关于印发《来华留学生高等教育质量规范（试行）》的通知（教外〔2018〕50号），结合本学科人才培养质量要求，来华留学硕士生在学期间应作为第一作者（或导师为第一作者、本人为第二作者）并且第一署名单位为河北工业大学，在具有ISSN号的学术期刊上发表或录用（需要提供录用证明）1篇与硕士学位论文课题紧密相关的论文；或者发表1篇被EI或ISTP检索的国际会议论文；或者申请获得1项发明专利或实用新型专利（发明专利需取得专利公开号、实用新型专利需获得授权）。

2. The publication requirements for master’s students are based on HEBUT Regulations on Academic Achievements for Graduate Students Upon Graduation and Quality Standards of Higher Education for Overseas Students in China (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Education. Master’s students shall publish one papers closely related to their dissertation in academic journals with ISSN (or at least one acceptance, with letter of acceptance needed) as the first author (or the supervisor as the first author and the student as the second author) within the school period, and the first author’s affiliation shall be HEBUT. Or they shall publish proceedings of EI/ISTP-indexed international conferences. Or they shall obtain an invention patent or a new practical patent. (Invention patent requires the publication number and new practical patent requires authorization.)

School of Architecture and Art Design

全日制学术型硕士研究生（留学生）在学期间应以导师为第一作者、本人为第二作者并且第一署名单位为河北工业大学，或本人为第一作者、导师为通讯作者并且第一署名单位为河北工业大学，在英文期刊或中文期刊发表至少一篇与硕士学位论文相关的学术论文，或学生赴境外参加国际会议发表国际会议论文一篇并宣讲。

Full-time academic master’s students shall publish one (at least) paper related to their dissertation in English or Chinese journals (the supervisor as the first author and the student as the second author, with HEBUT as the first author’s affiliation, or the student as the first author and the supervisor as the corresponding author, with HEBUT as the first author’s affiliation) Students could also publish one paper in the proceedings of an international conference held abroad (with presentation).

硕士研究生在申请毕业答辩前，学生本人填写《硕士研究生发表论文登记表》，并将所发表学术论文的刊物交到学院存档后，方可申请学位论文答辩。如所发表学术论文刊物尚未见刊，也可凭录用通知申请学位论文答辩，并在论文发表后及时将刊物交至学院存档。

如研究生未满足上述规定，不可申请学位论文答辩。

Before applying for dissertation defense, students shall fill in the Registration Form for Publications and submit the published papers to the school for record. If the paper has not yet been published, students shall apply for dissertation defense with acceptance notification and submit the paper to the school for record later.

Students who fail to meet the above requirements shall not apply for dissertation defense.

马克思主义学院

School of Marxism

一、硕士留学生发表学术论文和取得学术成果的要求

全日制学术型硕士留学生在学期间应作为第一作者（或导师为第一作者、本人为第二作者）并且第一署名单位为河北工业大学，在国内外学术期刊或重要学术会议上发表1篇与硕士学位论文题目紧密相关的学术论文（含论文被期刊录用），硕士留学生在学期间发表B级及以上学术论文应作为论文综合评价为高水平的重要参考。

1. Requirements for master’s students

Full-time academic master’s students shall publish one paper closely related to their dissertation (including acceptance) in journals at home and abroad within the school period as the first author (or the supervisor as the first author and the student as the second author, with HEBUT as the first author’s affiliation). Papers in Journal Category B or higher shall serve as an important reference for the assessment of “high level” dissertation.

二、其他

如硕士留学生在申请学位论文答辩时未满足要求，但已合格完成培养计划，并完成了学位论文工作，经审核通过可以组织论文答辩。答辩通过者，可先予以毕业，但学位评定分委员会暂不审议其学位，如在毕业后两年内发表论文满足要求，本人可申请审议其学位授予问题，逾期不再受理。

本规定自颁布之日起施行，解释权归马克思主义学院。

1. Additional remarks

Students who fail to meet the requirements when applying for the dissertation defense, but have already completed the program structure and the dissertation, can participate in the dissertation defense after passing the review. Students can graduate first when their defenses are qualified but their degree for the time being shall not be reviewed and conferred by the school academic degrees sub-committee. Students who meet the publication requirements within two years after graduation may apply for the review of their degree and overdue application shall not be accepted.

These regulations shall come into force as of the date of promulgation and the School of Marxism reserves the final right of interpretation.

人工智能与数据科学学院

School of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science

1. 博士研究生在学期间应在学术期刊上发表至少3篇与博士学位论文课题紧密相关的B级及以上学术论文，其中，至少发表有1篇A级及以上的学术论文。

要求学生本人作为第一作者（或导师为第一作者、本人为第二作者）并且第一署名单位为河北工业大学人工智能与数据科学学院。论文内容能体现博士毕业论文的全部或部分创新点。

1. Doctoral students shall publish at least three papers in Journal Category B or higher closely related to their dissertation within the school period, among which at least one paper is published in Journal Category A or higher.

Students should be the first author (or the supervisor as the first author and the student as the second author), with the School of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science of HEBUT as the first author’s affiliation. The papers shall reflect all or part of innovation points in their doctoral dissertation.

2.硕士研究生在学期间应在国内外学术期刊或重要学术会议上公开发表学术论文1篇（含论文被期刊录用）或者申报获得1项发明专利（含发明专利取得公开号）。

要求学生本人作为第一作者（或导师为第一作者、本人为第二作者）并且第一署名单位为河北工业大学人工智能与数据科学学院。论文内容与硕士学位论文题目紧密相关。

2. Master’s students shall publish one paper (including acceptance) or obtain one patent (Publication number is required for patent of invention).

Student should be the first author (or the supervisor as the first author and the student as the second author), with the School of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science of HEBUT as the first author’s affiliation. The paper shall be closely related to their master’s dissertation.

本文件适用于2019级及以后的来华留学研究生，2018级及以前的来华留学研究生参照执行，解释权归河北工业大学人工智能与数据科学学院。
